At yxnbvd-ae.myshopify.com, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t feel quite right, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. And because finding the right fit matters, we’re happy to cover return shipping costs when you choose to exchange your item.
Items Eligible for Return
- Must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Must include original packaging where applicable.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Gifts with purchase
- Intimates (boxers)
Return Shipping
We’re committed to helping men find their perfect fit, which is why we gladly cover return shipping costs when you choose to exchange an item.
For refunds, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Any applicable fees will be clearly shown in the return portal when you submit your request, so there are no surprises.
Processing Time
Once your return arrives at our facility, our team inspects the item to ensure it meets return eligibility. Current processing times are 1–3 business days from the time your return is received.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once inspection is complete.
During higher volume periods, processing may take slightly longer as we ensure product quality and fairness for all customers. We appreciate your patience.

Note: If you’re returning items from more than one order, please pack each order in its own bag or box and attach the return label that corresponds to that specific order. Combining items from multiple orders in a single package—or using one label for several orders—can prevent some returns from registering and may delay or prevent refunds.
